Short story: Maryland husband's domestic complaint filed on August 17th, 2012 for immediate return of their kindergarten & preschool children for 2012-2013 school year has not been heard.

Long story:
  1. I am being held captive in an abusive marriage with Melissa Jayne Calice (we were married in August 2005).
  2. After I filed for divorce in Maryland in 2012 she took my children to another state while maintaining a Maryland drivers license and employment as a YMCA of Maryland Social Worker.
  3. Out of state judge interfered in October 2012 with irregular residency documentation.
  4. I am being held captive to a marriage with an abusive spouse will not allow my complaint to be heard.
  5. My estranged wife's last known Maryland residence was family residence (43 Winterberry Ct/ Hunt Valley 21030).
  6. Her out of state address is titled to her parents Mary Goedert/Wallace/Watson and Rick Goedert.
  7. Over 10 thousand dollars of my taxable income was mailed to an out of state address (820 N. Michigan Avenue/ Saginaw, MI 48638).
  8. Some one other than me opened my mail and deposited income addressed to me into an undisclosed bank account.
  9. The out of state judge incarcerated me for 10 days, under a misspelled name, for not sending enough money to (820 N. Michigan Avenue/ Saginaw, MI 48638)
  10. I was also incarcerated for 3 days for unpaid parking tickets on a car I do not own.
  11. Children are being mistreated and ignored by court.

What am I asking for?
  1. Our children, Rocco and Mia need to return to their home in Maryland where all conversations, emotions, and ideas are safe. They have at least one stable, resilient, parent with an awesome job in Maryland.
  2. I look forward to constructive dialogue on pubic record of this issue.
  3. The adults involved need to assess damages and repair the disaster that was sponsored by 62 Corral Dr/Saginaw, MI (Rick and Mary Goedert). The attorney Tim McLeod of 820 N. Michigan Ave/Saginaw, Michigan was hired by them to abuse the legal process with forged documents and pay a "filing fee" so that the court clerk would rubber stamp the documents with the word "true".
  4. The IRS and Maryland need to be made whole from the funds being embezzled in Michigan. My creditors need to be made whole so that my security clearance with homeland security can be restored.
  5. I need my lost wages/revenue replaced. I need legal clarification that Melissa Calice does not represent the interest of children Rocco and Mia so that I can give them the childhood that will prepare them for success and joy in their adult life. That clarification needs to come from a Maryland court (once Michigan dismisses fraudulent legal filings with prejudice).
  6. Children's mother need a safe environment around positive people that admire instead of envy success.
  7. Tom Demetriou has an outstanding legal bill of approximately 30k that needs to be paid


Bottom Line: I am in an abusive marriage/relationship with a woman that took my children and moved to another state after I filed for divorce in maryland in 2012.


  1. Traditional marriage and birth of two (2) children:

      • Children supported their mother's pursuit of advanced education by spending time with professional childcare providers when both parents were occupied
          • mother attended classes & internships; and
          • father traveled for work and was away three (3) nights a week
      • On weekends Father and children often did all day activities so that absent mother could study at the nearby coffee shop.
      • Wife made everyone's sacrifice worth it when she graduated with her degree in 2011 and returned to workforce in 2012 at the YMCA of Maryland.
    • Husband acknowledges some typical behavioral issues (shouting and screaming) associated with teaching young children how to play with each other.
    • Husband denies this was an issue and often ended with successful resolutions for those incidents.
  2. Maryland Residency - October 2011, family relocated to 43 winterberry CT / Cockeysville, MD 21030 in pursuit of a better economic and academic future (see Mother and Daughter discuss 2011 move to Maryland)
  3. Behavioral Incident - August 2012 Mother had a behavioral episode during a planned out of state vacation in August 2012 just before the 2012-2013 school year was to begin (see: 2012-2013 enrollment at St. Pauls Lutheran Church Pre-School & Kindergarten ).
